How to Spend Your Collection | GroupTogether

Step 1: Login

Step 2: Close collection

The collection has to be closed to spend it. If your collection is still open simply click on the "Edit/Close" button, then "Close now" and "Save".

Step 3: Go to our Gift Store

Click the "Select gift or withdraw" button to go to our Gift Store.

Step 4: Choose from gifts, eGift Cards or withdraw the funds (AU only)

You are in the Gift Shop and can start adding items to your shopping bag. Choose from 70+ eGift Cards, experiences or have a gift delivered (we have a curated range of flowers, hampers and plants). If you're in Australia, you can also withdraw the funds for a flat 2% fee.

Most people give the AnyCard and let the recipient choose their own eGift Card/s.

Enter the details for each gift and click “Add to shopping bag”. You will see the item(s) added to your shopping bag.

When you've finished spending your collection, click “Checkout”.

Step 5: Review gift/s and card

You can now review, edit or delete the gift details in your shopping bag.

Click “Proceed to review card” (if you've added a group card). If not, click “Proceed to checkout”.

Use the right and left arrows to view the card, and click the turquoise pen to edit. When you’re done, click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

Step 6: Verify and you're done!

We'll send a verification code to your phone and email. Please enter it to complete checkout.

All done! You'll see your confirmation with all of the gift details. The gift/s will be emailed, and you can also download the gift and card as a PDF here to print and give.

What do I give?

You can DOWNLOAD your card and gift from the confirmation page, then simply send it to your friend. If you entered your friend's email when choosing your eGift Card then we've emailed it straight to them. Easy!

Gifts (flowers, hampers, etc.) - we immediately send you an email about the gift and delivery instructions.
eGift Card(s) - we immediately send you a gift email to print & give or forward and share (please check spam if not in your inbox). If you don’t receive it, you can resend or download it from your confirmation page.
Transfer - we immediately send you an email that your funds have been transferred and to allow up to 2 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
